Terms and conditions
These terms apply to PageCompose subscriptions for business customers. PageCompose is not sold to consumers.
Provider and scope
The contracting party is Finn Hillebrandt, Am Brandberg 10, 21401 Thomasburg, Germany. The offer is limited to entrepreneurs under Section 14 BGB, legal entities under public law and special funds under public law.
Formation of contract
Paddle is the merchant of record and authorized reseller for the subscription. Completing Paddle Checkout submits a binding offer under the Paddle Buyer Terms. The purchase is confirmed by Paddle. These terms additionally govern use of PageCompose between the customer and the supplier. Input errors can be corrected before checkout completion.
Service
PageCompose provides a web-based website studio with a visual editor, structured website model, project management, export and MCP interface. The selected plan defines the scope. External services such as Codex, Claude Code, registrars and external hosting are not included.
Prices and payment
Displayed prices exclude applicable taxes. Paddle calculates applicable tax, issues the invoice and collects the monthly or yearly charge in advance as merchant of record. The customer must provide correct billing and tax information. Access may be restricted after reasonable notice when payment fails.
Term and cancellation
The subscription runs for the selected monthly or yearly period and renews for the same period unless cancelled in the Paddle customer portal before the period ends. Termination for cause remains unaffected.
Customer obligations
Credentials and agent keys must be protected. The customer is responsible for content, instructions to connected AI services, publications and lawful data processing. Security incidents must be reported promptly and plan limits must not be bypassed.
Availability and changes
Maintenance, security measures and technical development may temporarily affect availability. Material plan features are not removed without an objective reason. Changes that materially disadvantage customers are announced with reasonable notice.
Data and contract end
Project content can be exported during an active contract. Studio access may be blocked after termination. Data is then deleted unless statutory obligations or legitimate reasons require further retention.
Defects and liability
Statutory defect rights apply. Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and mandatory statutory liability. For negligent breach of essential duties, liability is limited to foreseeable loss typical of the contract.
Final provisions
German law applies. If the customer is a merchant or public-law entity, the provider's registered office is the place of jurisdiction. Individual agreements take precedence.
