Refunds

Refund policy

This policy applies to PageCompose subscriptions purchased through Paddle. PageCompose is offered exclusively to business customers.

Merchant of record

Paddle is the authorized reseller and merchant of record for PageCompose subscriptions. Refund eligibility, withdrawal requests and processing are governed by the Paddle Refund Policy and the Paddle Buyer Terms. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Unless applicable law or the Paddle Refund Policy requires otherwise, charges for started or unused subscription periods are not refunded.

Technical issues

If a persistent technical issue or material defect prevents you from using PageCompose as described, contact info@blogmojo.de first. Include the account email address, Paddle transaction reference and a description of the issue. We will investigate and try to resolve the issue promptly.

Requesting a refund

Refunds are issued by Paddle, not directly by PageCompose. You can submit a request through the receipt or subscription management link in Paddle's confirmation email, or through Paddle buyer support. If Paddle approves the request, Paddle processes the refund to the original payment method where possible.

Billing and tax corrections

Contact Paddle buyer support for duplicate or incorrect charges and for eligible sales tax refunds. Paddle's transaction records and applicable deadlines determine eligibility without limiting mandatory rights.
